Lower eyelids may start to show their age as muscles and skin weaken and bags form.
To deal with this, Dr. Sabourin removes the extra fat that causes the bags without cutting into the skin. The “conjunctival” technique removes the fat pouches from inside the eyelid. This approach avoids changing the gaze or shape of the eyes, a frequent occurrence when a scalpel is used to operate on the lower eyelid.
