The Upper Eyelid
As we age, extra skin and fatty tissue may appear on the upper eyelid, which may also sag.
The eyelid becomes heavy. To repair this with upper eyelid blepharoplasty, Dr. Sabourin uses a CO2 laser scalpel to make a very precise incision in the crease of your eyelid (the palpebral fold) and removes the drooping skin. He then uses very fine stitches to suture the eyelid. The incision involves no bleeding and the scar is hidden (nearly invisible). Dr. Alain Sabourin practices this technique in Montreal. |
